Do I need to register for in person classes in advance?
No, preregistration is not required for our in-person classes. You are welcome to drop in and join us at any time without prior registration. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
Do I need to bring my own mat and props?
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Complimentary props are provided for use during classes. Mats and towels are available for rent if required.
